Meet the Founder
Noor Reinsurance Solutions was founded by Mohammed Assad Ulhaq to provide clients with direct access to experienced broking support and carefully selected international reinsurance markets.

Assad has built his career through practical market experience, developing a strong understanding of complex risks, programme structures and the information underwriters require to consider an opportunity suitable.
​
As founder and lead broker, Assad remains personally involved throughout each placement. This includes reviewing the risk, preparing the submission, developing the market strategy, engaging with underwriters and supporting the client after placement.

This direct involvement provides clients with continuity, accountability and a clear point of contact throughout the process. Reinsurance placement services are provided through Noor’s FCA authorised principal.
